Policies

While we are pretty flexible, we still have policies that we follow. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding the information below.

We require a cash or credit deposit for all booked sessions. The deposit may be up to 100% of the total time requested and must be paid for the session to be booked.  The deposit is non-refundable. If you have a family emergency or any life-threatening condition, we are happy to reschedule your session to a later date.

The session balance must be paid in full at the end of each session. We will not release any work performed by our team if you are unable to pay the balance. If you are unable to pay the session balance, we will hold on to your project for up to two weeks. If the balance is not paid within that time we will delete your project.

Projects completed by us are not archived by our team. You are responsible for any backups or archives of your data. If you are unable to bring in media to archive your project, we will hold onto the files for up to three weeks after the completion date. After that time, your session data may be erased from our system.

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, and PayPal.
